Stampin' Up Easter Blossoms

Remember this Eggcellent Egg Kit from last year? Well, I finally found them and it only took me a year.
I knew I got them and misplaced it and all of a sudden, when you are not really looking for it- tada!!!
Anyway, I used these beautiful colors to create some spring cards. I also found these buttons in my stash and they matched the colors of the flowers. Hope you like them.

It's Scrapbook Tuesday and I just wanted to share the simple little pleasures in life that makes me SMILE.  I am doing another page using MDS with Mr. GQ. This is my grandbaby Cade who turned 6 months in this picture.  I love how the colors blend on this page using Sahara Sand for my background.
I used Bashful Blue, so Saffron and Chocolate Chip also. I used the Rock-a-bye embellishments to decorate the page. Hope you like it.

Still not feeling the greatest today but at least the room is not spinning everytime I tried to get up.
I do plan to take it easy today and just try to work on some easy to do projects.
Today's post is for Simply Simple week using MDS. Iused the retired Groovy Guava c/s for the main panel and sentiment.  I added the pearl and satin ribbon for embellishment. Hope you like it.

Here is a quick and cute post using the Sweet Summer that I never seem to get tired of using.  I incorporated the little teacup to my design and added easy to do textured background. I added stickles to my flowers for just a bit of sparkles. Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Sweet Summer

Another card using the Sweet Summer for Consider It Cased week. I cased this beautiful card from  Sue's blog ( Still Stampin with Sue). I did changed the colors and pretty much kept the same layout. I added a rose bud instead and used white on white for my main panel. Hope you like it.

Sweet Summer Birthday

Very late posting today- so may things to do, so little time. I bit under the weather,too. I guess with the weather changing- was in the 90's yesterday I am having major sinus issue.
Anyway, for today's card I used the Hostess stamp set.  I did paper piecing on the vase using Crumb Cake c/s.  Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Punch Bunch

We are really Playing with Colors on these ones- More Mustard, Melon Mambo and Chocolate Chip. I did not think I can pull these colors together but in the end it worked out well. I just could not decide which one I will used for my main panel.  I did textures on my background and my main panel. I used the button from the Sale-a-bration again and the Punch Bunch. Hope you like it.

Springtime Smiles

I almost forgot to shoe you the swap I made for our demo meeting. I thought I had given my own swap, too but luckily I found it. I made this card using the easter Blossoms. I shrunk the Framed Tulips EF in my main panel and kept it monochromatic. I added the scallop circle punch and the seam binding ribbon
Cherry Cobbler. Hope you like it.

Here is a card that I made using Concord Crush and Pear Pizzazz again. I am enjoying these 2 color combo. I framed my main panel using the scallop circle and added the rub-ons for my sentiment.
I am trying to use my rub-ons because after a while they seemed to stick to each other.

Today's post is Simple Simple with a bit of coloring involved. I got to used one of these buttons from Sale-a-bration and they are just too cute. I did dry embossing on the top of the card and added a strip of DSP. Hope you like it.

I just love Sharon's card ( As the Ink Dries) that I  case for today's Consider It cased week. When I started adding the ribbon, it did not quite show the effect I was hoping for, so I made a few adjustments. I cased her spring background layout minus the coloring.  I added dots on the scallop circle using black marker. For my main image, I used the Itty Bitty Shapes punch and love how it turned out.

Playing with Colors 42

Today's colors  are- Blushing Bride, Chocolate Chip, crumb Cake, So Saffron and Whisper White for my Neutral.  I really like using the new square scallop Bigz die.- makes a nice frame for your main image. I did a bit of paper piecing, pop the coffee cup and added the steam which I think adds to the focal point. Hope you like it.

Sp happy for You- butterfly image. It was a last minute thing and it made a perfect add on.

For Your Shower

I need  the letter "S" in front of my shirt today because I have quite a bit of "to do list" that needs to get done. But there is always a bit of spare moment to post and to let everyone know how much I appreciate all the comments that I recieved in my blog and on my e-mails. Again, thank you- it means a lot to me and it feeds my creativity on a daily basis :)
I wanted to post this card before I sent it away. This is an order from my etsy for a shower. I wanted to used a different color but I ended up using a different color. I do not really do much Art Punch , but I think this turned out cute.  Hope you like it.
