Stampin' Up Hearts of Elegance

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Tuesday !!!

I am playing Splitcoast' today's colors challenge CC1036-

Gorgeous Grape Highland Heather and Real Red. For dessert- Valentine's.

I used the Hearts of Elegance stamp set to make this card.

I started with the Happy Heart Background folder on

Highland Heather c/s, then glued it on Basic White card base.

I used 2 die cuts (Greetings of the Season dies)  for my main panel and 

glued on the embossed background. I die cut 2 hearts on Highland Heather 

and Real Red c/s. I added another panel that I stamped in Real Red ink

then punched. The flowers and the leaves were stamped and die cut

and mounted with dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped in Real Red ink prior to

gluing. I embellished with Real Red faux linen ribbon 

and rhinestones that were colored in blends.

Stampin' Up Hugs for Love

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Thursday !!!

I made this card for my class using the Hugs for Love

bundle. I started with the Forever Plaid EF then

glued it on Basic White card base. 

I found this beautiful designer paper (retired) and 

decided to use it. I glued it on a Blushing Bride c/s.

I stamped the image in Real Red ink then stamped the

sentiment with the same ink. I then used the To The Point punch.

I added die cut hearts on the side to finished my card.

I embellished with ribbons and red rhinestones.

Stampin' Up Cake Celebrations

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Tuesday !!!

Today's card is for the Splitcoast CC1035 color challenge-

Daffodil Delight, Azure Afternoon and Granny Apple Green.

The dessert option is Valentine's but I just went with the 

birthday cake. I started with an embossed background, then added

the strip of designer paper. I used Daffodil Delight c/s for my card base.

I stamped my main image on a die cut starting with the 

cake base then just stamped my way up for the layers then

the candles. I did 2- step stampin' on my layer cake.

The leaves and flowers were stamped on the side of the cake.

I stamped the sentiment in Azure Afternoon ink.

I then embellished with a stitched ribbon and Pastel

Adheisve backed sequins. I also added glitter on the cake.

Stampin' Up Hugs for Love

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Thursday !!!

I was inspired to make another Valentine's card using the 

Hugs for Love stamp set. I started with a an embossed c/s

on Flirty Flamingo c/s. I then added the designer paper, then 

decided to add the sentiment in the bottom.

I used a heart doily that I glued on the DSP.

I die cut 3 hearts then mounted them with dimensionals.

I did stamp a sentiment on one of the hearts.

I stamped the flower in Flirty Flamingo ink and the leaves

in Parakeet Party ink. I then die cut and assembled them as shown.

I added a punch red arrow and mounted it with dimensionals.

I embellished with gingham ribbon and a heart resin.
