Stampin' Up Woolly Friends

Hello Peeps!!!

Happy Tuesday!!!

I am playing today's Splitcoast' CC1107 color challenge-
Darling Duckling, Balmy Blue and Granny Apple Green.
For dessert-anything goes. I decided to make a
birthday card using the Woolly Friend stamp set.
I started with a designer paper glued to a Balmy Blue c/s.
I then glued it on a Basic White card base.

I used a die cut for my main panel. I stamped my main image
in Tuxedo black ink then used the Balmy Blue ink.
The flowers and leaves were stamped in Tuxedo
black ink as well and colored with Darling Duckling and
Granny Apple Green blends. I added the die cut clouds.
I assembled as shown.

the sentiment was stamped in Tuxedo black ink.
I embellished with grosgrain ribbon, pear brad and
added crystal effects on my flowers and sentiment.
Hope you like it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Ramblings

Hello Peeps!!!

Happy Saturday!!!

I have been meaning to post this since I got it, and finally today
I was able to take the time to post it on my blog.
This is about my journey in being a Stampin' Up demonstrator.
It has been years of well- deserved hard work and
perseverance to enjoy the fruit of my labor.

For those who do not know me, I am a Nurse first
before I became a demonstrator. It was my first love
taking care of Moms and Babies which I have done
for so many years. When I was first introduced to stamping,
I was like a fish that took to water. I started making cards and
sharing it with my group of friends who also happen to enjoy and love stamping.
I signed up to be a demonstrator in order to support my hobby.

Who would have thought that 30 years later, I  still am and still loving it.

Being a Stampin' Up demonstrator is a journey. I have enjoyed
so many conventions through the years, met so many wonderful people
who have shared the same passion as I do. I have learned so much
and still enjoying this opportunity to learn and create everyday!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a wonderful weekend!
