I miss quite a few birthdays this month, so I hope it's not too late to send them. I made this card using the MDS Beau Chateau Embellishments. I did use the Creative Elements background in Pool Party ink and added the DSP for the background. It just needed a bit of a border so I used the scallop dotted border punch. Hope you like it.

Paper: Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Pool Party, In Color DSP
Ink: Pool Party, Soft Suede, Lucky Limeade
Accessories: ruffled ribbon, jumbo brad, lace
Tools: scallop dotted ribbon border punch, dimensionals
