Happy Friday !!!

My friend Vicki celebrate dher birthday last May and I made this for her. Nothing really fancy -designing the bag, making the card and using rub-ons for the 3-d candle item sort of created the mix using the Mixed Bunch stamp set. I also threw in a few more stuff in the bag (that were not stamped) I thought it will be a cool thing to share today. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Thursday !!!

Today's Playing with Colors- Pool Party, Raspberry Ripple ans Daffodil Delight and for my Neutral I used Whisper White. I stamped the image in  Pool Party ink and the oval framed image in Basic Black and colored it with markers. I used the scallop oval behind and raised it with dimensionals.
I then used a DSP for my background and finished it off with seam binding ribbon and brads.

From This to This- A Second Look at ATC

Happy Wednesday !!!

It's that time of the month again where I show you an Artist Trading Card turned into a 4-1/4 x 5-1/2" card.  I stamped the image, colored and used the scallop oval and wide oval punch for my main frame. For the background, I used the labels Collection framelit, did a bit of textured embossing on the Chocolate Chip c/s and finished it off with pink brads and ribbon.  Hope you like it.

It's been a while since I did a scrapbook page featuring ME! There is a story behind this and I am dying to share it with you. For my DH's birthday , we decided to go camping. We drove to the North rim of the Grand Canyon. I found out on the way to Zion National Park that we are going to pass Kanab. We decided to stop by, well mostly I decided to stop by and see the facility. The parking lot was completely empty because of the Memorial weekend but just being there was a real treat. It was the biggest building so it was hard to miss.

So glad to be able to stay home yesterday. I was able to catch up on a lot of stuff and got to spent time with DH.  I even got to stamp this morning for Simply Simple week. I was looking for a butterfly stamp and happened to see this one from a retired set- Kind Thoughts. I used the Stamp-a-majig to line my butterflies. Hope you like it.

MDS Tuesday

Hope everyone's weekend was wonderful ! We have been having a grand time -started out camping,

exploring and more fun and relaxation when we got to the valley. Today is my DH's birthday and he is a happy man.  We had a wonderful dinner last night and shared a dessert to die for. For lunch, he gets a surprise launch at my Mom and my Aunt's house. He is in for a real treat.

Today's post is a card that I did using the MDS set. I used some textured below the flower, the flowers was colored, added microbeads in the center. Hope you like it.

Here is a card that I wanted to share with you using the Bordering on Romance that is a favorite of mine. I added the butterflies diecut and laid it on a textured background.  For embellishments, the pearls and the seam binding ribbon.  Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors 104 and a Sneak Peek

I am using a new stamp set from the catty Everything Eleanor and playing with these colors- Basic Gray, Calypso Coral, and Riding Hood Red. I used Whisper White for my Neutral. I really like this set and I am sure you will, too. I stamped the flowers and  popped one of the flowers. I used the new Itty Bitty Banners for my sentiment. I added the Riding Hood Red tafetta ribbon and added rhinestones.  Hope you like it.

This card was done using the Many Mustaches Stamp Brush set and I must say it is just too hard to resist. I used it for that special Dad in your life.  I did a very simple layout using DSPs and accenting it with the Basic Gray striped ribbon and brads.  Hope you like it.
