Here is one of my Halloween projects that I did for class- a treat that will surely capture trick or treaters. I just love the saying, don't you? Anyway, it is very simple. The measurement is 2 x 11 and scored at 4-1/2". Embellish however you want. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Halloween Bash, Tags 4 You
Paper: Pumpkin Pie, Very Vanilla, Summer Starfruit, Wtches Brew DSP
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: summer starfruit ribbon
Tools: scallop border punch, scallop circle punch, circle punch

These little treat pouches are cute. We don't have any trick or treaters come to our house. I do make little bags or things for the grandkids tho. The kids will love yours.
