Since today is Halloween we picked today's colors- Tangerine Tango, Basic Gray and Basic Black.

MDS Tuesday

I did these cards for MDS Tuesday using the Forever Young Brushstroke stamp set. It so easy and fun to do. I printed 2 designs and just pretty much created a different layout for each one. It is hard to see nut the tree stands out when I added dazzling details. Hope you like it.

Perfectly Preserved Thank You

Happy Friday !!!
TGIF!!! I had quite a busy day yesterday but I got all my mandatories done for this year, (I think).
I had a quick afternoon nap, did a few errands and today I woke up early. With a cup on my hand and a post that I did, I am ready to start my day.
This is a cute set from last year that I enjoy using. Why? I do not need to cut anything because they are die cuts. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

Happy Thursday !!!
I just love today's colors- Raspberry Ripple, Strawberry Slush, Pear Pizzazz and for my Neutral I used Whisper White. I used the hostess set Happy Flowers. I stamped off the middle flower using Strawberry Slush and stamped the 2 using Raspberry Ripple. I decorated the center of the flowers with pearls. Hope you like it.

My internet was acting weird yesterday so today I beg my DH to take a look at it before he goes to work. Luckily, he was able to fix it. YEY!!!
I did a scrapbook page of using a designer template from MDS. I added the flowers and just made a few changes on some of the colors. Hope you like it.

I saw this beautiful card from Michele's blog ( Inspiration Ink) using this awesome Joyful Christmas stamp set. I love the way she used the non traditional colors. I made a few changes on mine- used Crisp cantaloupe and Strawberry Slush on mine and kept the poinsettia white. I also used the glitter pen to outline the poinsettia for some sparkle. Hope you like it.

My Blog Anniversary

WOW!!! Can you believe I have been doing this blog thing for 6 years now. I am just amazed how my blog has inspired me ( and hopefully you ) to stretch my creativity to its potential. Oh wow, I just had so much fun working on these cards-using the MDS Rev up the Fun and You're My Hero stamp brush set. There is very little coloring involved when I printed them. I did do a 3-d effect on my main image. Hope you like it.

Simply Simple

I really enjoy these fall colors for today's Simply Simple card. I used Crushed Curry, Cherry Cobbler and Always Artichoke inks. The leaves were stamped in those colors. I stamped the leaf in Cherry Cobbler, cut it and mounted it over the Cherry Cobbler leaf for some dimension. Hope you like it.

Consider It Cased

I cased this beautiful card at Liz's blog (Scrapbooking, Sketches and Stamps, Oh My) using the Joyful Christmas stamp set. I just love how she did the design. I made a few changes on mine and kept the distressing light, and instead of gold, I used silver. One of the girls in our group (Michele) showed us a technique using acetate and she was kind enough to give me a sample. Love the technique. I am hoping I get to show you how it's done once I get my set.

From This To This- A Second Look at ATC

I wanted to share an ATC swap that I did with our stamping group. Below is the ATC card that I did and the top card that I did with the ATC on it. I added the DSP panel, did a bit of border embossing.
I added the 2 ribbons together, clay mold button and the eyelets below. Hope you like it.

MDS Tuesday

It was one of those days that we just decided to get up and go for a nice day trip. No plans whatsoever turned out to be a very good day. The weather was perfect with just a bit of rain when we got there but that did not spoil our day at all. Anyway, this page is from a finished template (To The Nines) and I just added the pictures, changed the year, and added the brads. How easy was that.

Here is a card that I did for today's Simply Simple week- using the leaf from the Gently Falling stamp set. I cur the main panel into strips and stamped the leaves and colored them. I embellish with the button clay mold. Hope you like it.

( From my Ink Pad to Yours). I kept some of the colors, copied her layout pretty much and changed the saying. I did embossing in the background and embellish with pearls and organdy ribbon. Hope you like it.
