I decided to work on some cards using the MDS Doily using the IN Colors- Island Indigo, Pool Party and Wisteria Wonder. I shrunk the center doily and embellished it with designer brads.  I framed the sentiment using the large and scallop oval punch and also used In Color DSPs.  Hope you like it.

RECIPE:

Paper:  Whisper White, In Color DSPs
Ink: Pool Party, Island Indigo, Wisteria Wonder
Accessories:  ruffled ribbon, designer brads

Simply Simple 94

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Monday !!!

Hope everyone's weekend was wonderful and that this week will be, too.  I have a few things accomplished on my days off but I made sure to take it easy and enjoy quality time with family. 
I am going to need a lot of energy since I am working on taxes...again.
I wanted to share a Simply Simple card today that I did on my class using the
Mixed Bunch stamp set.
I just love this set and the punch that goes with it. I am hoping it will make it in the catty, don't you?
I  also used the Triplelayer blossom punch. Can you also tell that I am loving the Daffodil Delight c/s.

Stampin' Up Kindness Matters

I have learned this technique at leadership, so I am sharing it with you.

Dazzling Diamond Stampin' Glitter

Consider It Cased

Happy Saturday !!!

Another glorious day off for me and I can't even begin to tell you how leisurely my day went yesterday - hanging out with my good friend Jean, celebrating my Aunt's birthday who just turned 83. We had a wonderful dinner and a perfect weather to celebrate.
Anyway, today's cased is from Lee's blog ( Stampinglee Yours) who made this gorgeous card using the Herb Expressions. I just love the layout and I knew when I saw it, I just have to cased it. I did make a few changes using different colors and for some reason, the circle frame for me works better with the ribbon together.  Hope you like it.

Up in the Air

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Friday !!!

I am treating myself to a relaxing day today. I will  just carelessly go about my day with very little thought of what I am going to do and/or what to do next.  So far, I am having a good start- made this card using the Up in the Air stamp set.  I stamped the image and did some coloring, added the die cut butterfly and finished it of with this cute ribbon treatment.  Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors 93

Just wanted to share the colors this week- Soft Suede, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black, and Very vanilla for my Neutral.  I used the stamp set from Echoes of Kindness. I stamped and colred the image and added balck pearls. Hope you like it.

I was in a coloring mood, so I pulled out this On the Groe stamp set.  I really enjoyed coloring - somewhat relaxing after a very busy night.  I added the retired circle frame - Circle of Friendship and the scalloped border. Hope you like it.

MDS Tuesday

I made this card using the Green Tea Stamp Brush set. The printed flower was popped and colored with markers. I added pearls in the center of the flowers and I used the Twitterpated DSP for my background. I finished it off with a MDS sentiment.  Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Mixed Bunch

Every now and then, I enjoy the Neutral colors. I used Basic Gray, Basic Black and Whisper White on my card. I used the Mixed Bunch stamp set that has the coordinationg blossom punch. I added the silver pearls  and still keep the layout simple.  Hope you like it.

Apothecary Art

Just a bit tired today so I am doing a quick post using the Apothecary Art and the Everyday Enchantment DSP.  I love to color, so I did not mind that I have to color the flowers. I added bling on some of the flowers which is a nice surprise. I used the label sentiment from Take it to Heart .

This card is such a fun case from SJ's blog ( SJ's Stampin' Spot) who used such lovely colors.  She even used the Everyday Enchantment DSP that is so lovely. I made a few changes on my card- changed the sentiment, added a strip of DSP which is the backside of the DSP I used, and added the cute Itty Bitty Shapes punch flowers.  Hope you like it.

Blossom Punch

I really enjoy using this Blossom punch from the Ocaasions Mini. I really did not do much stamping on this card other than I had a bit of stamping in the background. I used textured embossing, Doily diecut, framelit diecut, blossom punch and last but not the least, the blossom triple layer punch.

It has been a while since I did a scrapbook page of my grandbaby and I thought you would like
to see how he's been. He stopped by for a visit just when the UPS guy was here to deliver my packages. I used the Favorite Things Stamp Brush set and Enjot Every Moment stamp brush set.
This is a very simple layout using the DSP and Crumb Cake c/s for my background. Hope you like it.
