Here is card for today's Playing with Colors- Crumb Cake, Pool Party, Bermuda Bay and Whisper White. I used the Lovely lace EF for my background, and used the corner rounder on the bottom side of the card. For my frame I stamped the image, stamped and punched the flowers  and added the sentiment. Hope you like it.

From This To This - A Second Look at ATC

I woke up early today to get ready for a class and to make some ATC for our swap. I made this cute Artist Trading Card from the hostess stamp. I stamped and colored it, added the hearts border punch.

MDS Tuesday

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Tuesday !!!

I made a hybrid card today using the hostess stamp set called Hello Love and the branch/ cage from MDS. I used a polka dot background DSP, a starburst framelit for my sentiment. The bird inside the cage was stamped of course. I finished it off with this beautiful seam binding ribbon and brads for accents. Hope you like it.

I  thought I'd start my week with a Halloween card -using the owl builder punch. It is very  simple and just adding the aviary stamps in the background makes it cute. Hope you like it.

Tomorrow is my son's birthday and thought of posting this card a day early. He recently take up golf and just happened to have this brush stamp from MDS. The only thing I stamped is the saying from

the Fabulous Four stamp set. I added Crystal Effects on the ball which I thought was a great touch. Hope you like it.

I found another great stamp set that I love and use it to create this belated birthday card. I stamped the butterfly in Bermuda Bay and added the bling. I decorated it with scallops and a polka dot ribbon to finish it off. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

Here is a color I came up with for today- Perfect Plum, Lost Lagoon, and Whisper White. I used the Blooming with Hope Stamp set.  I stamped the leaves in Pear Pizzazz, stamped the flowers in Memento Black and colored them with Blendabilities. I love the touch  the woodrain EF in the background and tilted a bit.

MDS Tuesday

Who doesn't enjoy a good game of baseball? That is exactly what we did- sat back and relax. My Aunt loves the game, and brought her cheering squad for her favorite team.
I had a wonderful time creating this page using MDS of course. I randomly placed stars around the pictures, banners and doodles, too. Hope you like it.

Simply Simple

Happy Monday !!!

My weekend was wonderful but went by so quick. I started working on some swaps and cleaning my stamp room. It was a disaster every time I start a project.
I finally got my orders from the new holiday catalog and I can't wait to use them. Remember, come August 28, you can start ordering.

Here is a card that I made for Simply Simple week using butterflies from Kinda Eclectic stamp set.
I did added the sweet saying from Friendly Phrases and embellished with pearls and jumbo brad.

I just wanted to share a gift that I gave to one of the girls who celebrated her birthday. I did a Black and White theme and I think she really enjoyed her present.  I used the World of Dreams stamp set for my card with the black background with the paper doily frame. Hope you like it.

I just love playing with this stamp set and just recently I used it in my class. For my background- I used the gorgeous grunge set and added the arrows EF in the bottom. I did paper piecing on the balloons using Subtles DSP and stamped the sentiment on DSP. Hope you like it.

It has been a crazy but fun week for me- that it kept me from posting the last few days. But that is what it's all about- taking time to enjoy a little bit of family time and some R & R.
