Six-Sided Sampler

Here is one of the cards that I did for my class using the Six Sided Sample stamp set and the hexagon punch. I used the honeycomb EF for my background which compliments the main image. I added little touches to the card- adding the flower and adding the scallop border punch. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

Happy Tursday !!!

I think you will love today's Playing with Colors- Soft Sky, Blushing Bride and Chocolate Chip. I used Whisper White for my Neutral. For my main image, I used the Starburst framelit die. I did paper piecing, created 2 kinds og embossed background. Hope you like it.

From this To This - A Second Look at ATC




Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Wednesday !!!

I just wanted to share this ATC that I did for our swap today- using an old and retired set but still a favorite of mine. I added just a simple twist to it adding the punch flowers in the middle and Crystal effects in the middle of it. Before I punch the flowers, I punched them first with a 1/8" circle punch.
You can see the finish 4-1/4 x 5-1/2" card with the scallop EF and DSP that I added in the background. Hope you like it.

Simply Simple

Today's card is for the Simply Simple week- using the Vivid Vases. I stamped the image in Basic Black then I stamped it again in Baked Brown Sugar c/s cutting them to create a 3-d look on the vases. Hope you like it.

Consider It Cased

Happy Saturday !!!

I woke up today enjoying the outside rain with my morning cup of coffee. I was inspired by today's card from Michelle's blog (Wishing You Blue Skies & Sunny Days) using the Happy Watercolor. I just love how she used the set and her design is jus gorgeous! I did make a few changes on mine to make it my own, adding the strip of DSP and embossed background. I changed my leaf color and colored my flowers using Aqua Painters. Hope you like it.

Perfect Pennants

I just want to do a quick post before I go to bed after a long and busy night. I made this card using pennants for my background and framing my sentiment with the scallop circle punch. I added the cork embellishment which I think really added to the cute layout. Hope you like it.

I decided to play with this stamp set again- Peaceful petals in the Occasions. I did embossing and colored the flower. I created a simple layout for my background adding the doily and circles for my framing. Hope you like it.

Personalized Frame

Here is a sweet card that I made with my class using the Petite Flowers. I had a polka dot theme kind going in here so as afterthought, I added the polka dot scallop ribbon with a jumbo brad. I also used the new scallops EF for my background. Hope you like it.

I started out with a cup of coffee this morning and was inspired to work on some cards. This is one of them using the flower eyelets for my design. I just love the pink and red DSP and what a fun way to embellish with this polka dot ribbon. Hope you like it.

Happy Day

Our friend Vicki celebrated her birthday recently  and thought I'd share what I made for her. I covered the plastic with DSP which she can use for her ATC swaps, a mini note pad, the card holder that I just spice up a bit and the cute little Stampin' Up containers. I do't hink she liked it,
she LOVED IT!!! The card was done using scraps to make the banner.
