Stampin' Up From My Heart



Hello Peeps !!!

I hope your weekend was wonderful. I woke up today with a list of things to do. But I thought I'd post first then try to accomplish something.  This is a card I made using scraps that I did not want to throw away and they make such cute borders. I used the From My Heart stamp set, raised the "friendship" sentiment with dimensional.  Hope you like it.

Gift Card Holder




Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Sunday !!!

I'd like to have these gift card holders handy for birthdays, thank you and just about any occasion.
I shared them with my stamp class and it was fun and easy to make. There is really no stamping involved as you can see. I used dsp for my scallop frame image. Hope you like it.

I found this adorable card from Jennifer's blog ( Stampin' on the Fly) and the layout from freshly Made sketches #91.  I love how she used the ruffled ribbon on the sides. I really wanted to used a ribbon on the side so I used the striped ribbon and added the edgelit accent. Hope you like it.

    Playing with Colors

    Happy July 4th !!!

    For today's colors -Jean and I picked red, white and blue.  I used Priority Mail  stamp set and DSP backgrounds.  This card will be ideal for kids and grown ups as well. I  used quite a bit of punches to make this card fun and special. Hope you like it.

    MDS Tuesday



    Hello Peeps !!!

    Happy Tuesday !!!

    Only a few weeks to go before convention and I can feel the excitement . I am working on my swaps but not getting very far with my cutting. I just hope that I get them done.

    Another scrapbook page today using the MDS.  I used the First edition background, used pennants and added a few brush stamps from the Forever Young set.  Hope you like it.

    Playing with Colors

    I hope you enjoy today's Playing with Colors- Smoky Slate, Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral and Whisper White.  I decided to make Bermuda Bay my main image and the Smoky Slate for my background. I used mini brads and polka dot ribbon for my accents. Hope you like it.

    Label Love

    I finally got a chance to stamp this morning-using the Label Love stamp set with its coordinating punch. I chose the Modern Mosaic EF for my background, with the DSP across. I used different punches to frame my main image and using mini brad and ruffled ribbon for accents. Hope you

    Simply Simple



    Hello Peeps !!!

    Happy Monday !!!

    I inked up the Flower Shop stamp set for the first time and I must say, this is definitely a must have along with the flower punch.  I did a very clean and simple design and really just want to focus ont he flower. I tried one of the flower clay mold which made a cute accent. I also added glitter to the flower.  Hope you like it.

    I was pretty much exhausted yesterday so I slept...a lot. I woke up this morning feeling energized. It is amazing how sleep can cure a lot of your ailments. 
    Today's post is a 3-d item that I did for my class. It was really easy to make and I found the tutorial on Splitcoastampers.  I used the Morning Meadow stamp set to make the bookmark. The bookmark would be an ideal gift for customers and used it on their catalog. Hope you like it.

    Playing with Colors

    I would like to redeem myself from yesterday's post. I did not know what I was thinking- when Jean told me we already did these colors.  We were supposed to do Strawberry Slush, Pistachio Pudding and Any Neutral. Well, here it is; better late than never. I created a textured background, added piercing and used DSP on my design. Hope you like it.

    Stampin' Up Mosaic Madness




    Hello Peeps !!!

    Happy Wednesday !!!

    I wanted to share a card that I did for our demo swap- to used a stamp set from the new catty. I used
    the Mosaic Madness stamp set. I stamped all the new In Colors and spaced them as evenly possible using the Stamp-a-majig.  I also embossed the bottom half of the card and added the In Color DSP.
