I had another card to share from my last stamp class- using the Sassy Salutations which is 25% off right now until June 30th. I used the pennant punch and created a faux stitching . The candle is made out of a DSP and the wick is a half cut heart.  Hope you like it.

Woohoo !!! I finally got my order from Stampin' Up and of course I could not help but inked one of them. I am using the Cycle Celebration stamp set with a cool saying.
I found this beautiful card from Pam's blog ( Stampin' in the Sun) and I just love what she did with this stamp set. I did make a few changes- changed my colors, the flowers but the concept is pretty much there. Hope you like it.

Wildflower Meadow

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Friday !!!

I had some kind of a bug and I have not been feeling creative yesterday or today. Instead, I am sharing with you a card that I did at my class minus the ribbon. I went digging in my stash and I found the ribbon to go with it.  I am waiting patiently for my "big" order from Stampin' Up.
Anyway, this set comes in a bundle and I think you will like it...a lot! It is my favorite so far since
it comes with the EF.  Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

Happy Thursday !!!

I decided to use these colors - Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Marina Mist and Very Vanilla and make a masculine card. Since Father's day is coming. I used the Clockworks stamp set and embellish with some gold brads and Marina Mist stripe ribbon. I did some distressing on my background, too. Hope you like it.

Here is a card that I did using the Artist Trading Card. The ATC is 2-1/2 x 3-1/2", added the Whisper White c/s behind it and did  Color Blocking which I saw on Splitcoast to make use of your scraps.

Guess Who is Turning 50 Today

Not me... but my Honey. Let the spoiling begin... I am taking him up north for a special treat.
He kind of knows what we are doing but I think it will still be fun since we have never been
to this place. I made this card for him which really suits him since he loves to ride. His twin sister is also celebrating her birthday today ( happy Birthday Inga!).

I woke up super early today and decided working on today's Simply Simple card.  I used the stripes background that I raised. The flower I am using is a Hostess Stamp set called Morning Meadow. This is one of the sets in my wishlist and you can see why. I just happened to have this organdy ribbon that matches the Coastal Cabana color since I do not have the In Color ribbon yet. I finally got the chance to stop and take a brief time off this morning. I was busy working on my room again, organizing of course. I am getting rid of the retired cardstock and making labels for the new one. I wasn't quite sure how to share the Color Chart with you but if you e-mail me I will be more than happy to send the PDF with you.
I made this flower pot with goodies on it of course. I used a pencil for the stem and glued the flower.

Playing with Colors and A Sneak Peek

Do the new In Colors making you hungry ? It's like a fruit salad of colors!
For today's colors- Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, Strawberry Slush and for my Neutral Whisper White. I used the Wildflower Meadow stamp first then I did embossing around the image. How cool is that?  I added the Itty Bitty punch shapes for the main flowers and added the pearls. I colored the pearls using the Metallic pens and it worked. Hope you like it.
