Simply Simple
Hello Peeps !!!
Happy Monday !!!
Time for something clean and simple for today's Simply Simple. I made this card using the Four Frames stamp set and the Paisley Petals DSP. I just love this designer paper and is perfect for this stamp set.
I used the sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes and added a bit of textured background.

Stampin' Up Birthday Bliss

Happy Sunday !!!
Yesterday was our shoebox swap at Susan's house-our very gracious hostess who did a wonderful set up for our 3-d and WOW projects. And all I can say is WOW!!!
Here is another favorite set of mine that is going away- Birthday Bliss. I made 3 x 3 Note Cards using the different punches for each image. I added the dotted scallop border punch and eyelets for embellishments. Hope you like it.

Consider It Cased and...

... and a SNEAK PEEK. I was ecstatic to get my pre-order yesterday so I just wanted to show you this card that I made today featuring the Delicate Doilies. I also used it for my Consider It Cased. I found this beautiful card from Sandy's blog ( Stamp with Sandy). Her card is so delicately pretty and love her doily. I tweak mine since Ihave limited supplies but I had so much fun with this case. Stampin' Up Friendship Blooms

I just wanted to post this card before I go to bed. I made it yesterday using the Blossom Party die cut.
I used two colors for my background using the tulip frame EF. I think these colors are so good together.
I found the perfect saying for this card and I hope you like it.

Playing with Colors 56

Happy Thursday !!!
What did you think of today's Playing with Colors- Pacific Point, tempting Turquoise, Peac Parfait and Whisper White Neutra? I really enjoyed today's bright colors. I stamped the image, colored them with markers and added CE. I added a strip of DSP, added the ribbon and used the sqaure lattice EF for the background. I dressed up the sentiment a bit using the scallop oval and wide oval punch.

Stampin' Up Just Believe

Happy Tuesday !!!
I just finished doing my pre-order for Stampin' UP and believe me when I say that I am already loving the Sneak Peak in the new catalog.
I love making 3 x 3 Note Cards-they're fun and so easy to do. I used the Just Believe stamp to make these. The sentiment was stamped and I used the window punch and Modern label punch for extra layer.
I used the Itty Bitty punch shapes for the flowers. Hope you like it.

Hope everyone's weekend was wonderful. I have been busy with a lot of stuff but not stamping. I did manage to make a card this morning for the Simply Simple week. I made sure I enjoy a cup of coffee while making it - it's my "me" time while DH is still sleeping. Thanks for the well wishes that I received. I appreciate it.
Anyway, this card was done using the sizzlit floral fusion and Itty Bitty Shape punch. I added the DSP border and scallop border punch. Hope you like it.

Scallop Easel Card

Happy Sunday !!!
Another late post since I have been playing nurse for my surgically injured husband. He is still having a lot of pain as expected. He had surgery Friday (that is why no post) on his left leg after taking a fall down the stairs.
Anyway, Here is a card that I did using the scallop circle die cut and turning it into an easel card. I used 3 scallop die cuts, used the flower from the Fabulous Florets and added pearl and ribbon emebllishments. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors 55

It was a very busy day for me yesterday but it was a lot of fun to meet with our stamping group. It never cease to amaze me what a group of women can accomplish and talk about in a few hours. We ate good, too.
Today's Playing with Colors- Marina Mist, Baja Breeze, Real Red and Whisper White for my Neutral.
I stamped the cupcake image and colored with markers. I added piercing on the sdie and the pinking hearts border punch. I also dressed up the sentiment using the Modern label punch. Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Simple Friendship

Happy Tuesday !!!
Hope everyone's weekend was fun. We spent our weekend in Vegas with the kids and also to spend my DH's birthday. I also got to see my sister that I miss so dearly. I wish I could tell you more, but you know what they say, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas ;).
Anyway, here's an easy nice scallop trim border card for you that I think you will like. The measurement I used for the scallop is 3-1/4 x 3-1/4 to make 7 scallops. I also used the circle punches for the sentiment and some textured in my background usig a scoring tool. Hope you like it.

Simply Simple 55

I recently went to a wedding and recreated this card for today's Simply Simple. I stamped the main image in black and added the stickles for a bit of sparkle. I used the circle die cut and embossed it for a bit of texture for my frame. The scallops border were a nice addition and the row of pearls I added on one side. Hope you like it.

it's been a while since I made a scrapbook page, so I took the time to make one featuring Mr. Cade.
I used MDS of course using the Nursery Designer Kit.
It's a very simple page with backgrounds I picked from the photos- Old Olive, Bashful Blue I incorporated So saffron and Real Red- Cade loves red and it went nicely with the other colors. Hope you like it.
