Get into my Belly !.... as my sister would say on Cade's picture here.  He has rolls and rolls that you just wanted to bite.  This is a simple scrapbook page that I did using MDS. The background is Marina Mist and I added the main panel which is Bashful Blue but changed the opacity. I used squares DSP and
square pics but made them a bit bigger. Just a cute and fun layout with very easy to add embellishments.

Baja Floral

Happy Tuesday !!!

Every now and then, I'd like to make a card that incorpoates die cuts. This one is no different but I was so thrilled to find these old DSP that compliments the die cut. I added the Great Friend stamp set and instead of cutting around the image, I just used the extra large circle punch. I used Chocolate Chip ribbon and pearls for embellishments. Hope you like it.

Simply Simple

I  am totally relieved today -finally got our taxes done which means I have more time to play in my craft room.  Today's post is for Simply Simple week-using some die cuts as the main element of this  card.

Top Notes

Happy Sunday !!!

Feeling a bit crafty today and just wanting to do something "springy". I made these notes using the Topnote die. I got the idea from our last stamp class ( thanks Rose). I used chipboard to make them sturdy and covered them with designer papers.  For the sentiment, I used oval and scallop oval punch. Hope you like it.

A bit late posting today with so many interruptions this morning. I had to make breakfast and my kids have been asking for me to make Monkey Bread, so I took the time to make it.

In Bloom

Happy Friday !!!

I can breathe now since I got registered for convention and got the plane ticket, too. However, we have a little bit of issue with the room. Hopefully the matter will be resolved. I hope I get to see some familiar faces at convention.  Would love to hear from you if you are going.

I made this card for my Etsy shop and just love how it turned out using the spring bouquet punch. I stamped the stem in OLd Olive, and layered the flowers for a 3-d effect. I did the ribbon differently this time and I just like how it turned out, too. Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Simple Friendship

I woke up early today with another busy day ahead of me. It was another fun time at our class yesterday and as always, the girls had fun with the projects. There was good food, ATC swap, a birthday celebration for Cheryl and our hostess is just wonderful. 
Anyway, today's post is Playing with Colors- Basic Black, Poppy Parade, Blushing Bride and I chose
Whisper White for my Neutral. I started with two panels for my background and I stamped the main frame in Basic Black ink. I popped the flower, added the ribbon, and the embossed sentiment.

Here is another Artist Trading Card that I made for our swap today. I was inspired by the Artistic Etchings stamp set and the sentiment was a digital print that I did on MDS. Inside the card, I plan to put Enjoy your day-Happy Birthday ! I did distressing on the ATC card but kept the card itself clean and simple adding just a Vanilla satin ribbon. I have a friend that is having her birthday and this would make a perfect card for her. Hope you like it.

Today will be a busy day for me -getting ready for my stamping class tomorrow. Lots of papers to cut and organizing in my stamp room.  I just realized also that between work and "play", I just have not had time to keep my new stamp sets put together.  Hopefully by the end of the day, I can work on them.
My card today is designed for Easter-the bunny is a digital print, the flowers I punched and the sentiment is from Something to Celebrate. The DSP I found is retired but it just makes a beautiful background for this Easter card. Hope you like it.

Stampin' Up Priceless

Here is one of my favorite stamp sets-Priceless that  I do not get tired of using over and over again.
I love the swirls that comes with this set not to mention the cute flowers. I stamped them in Early Espresso and added the pearls. I used the Dots EF which creates a beautiul background and compliments the scallop square panel.  Hope you like it.

It's amazing what a good night rest and sleep can do to you.  I woke up this morning witha cup of coffee and ready to start my day. I have tons of work ahead of me but I am just taking it easy and enjoy every minuet of it.
