Stampin' Up Best Day

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Wednesday !!!

Today's card is for the SC sketch challenge on Splitcoast.

I love this sketch and I used the best day stamp set. I started with

2 embossed folders and a designer paper. For my main 

image, I stamped it in Tuxedo Black ink and colored with blends.

I added glitter to the balloon and top of the hat.

For the sentiment- Tuxedo black ink.

Embellishments- crystal drops and thread.
