Are you ready for Halloween ? I love Halloween especially the decorating. Giving away treats and seeing the Halloween customs highlight the occasion.
This is my September Kit Tutorial that will get you ready for it-there are no tricks just treats that you can use; with step to step instructions that you can easily demonstrate or cased if you want to. Each card is Wicked Cool, and so are the treat holders.
