Needless to say, I had a wonderful time in New York. Seeing my "old" classmates was really the highlight of my vacation. The dinner-dance at Leonard's, the picnic at Liberty Park not to mention our trip to Manhattan , Chinatown and the hours we stayed up late catching up with everyone were just too memorable to forget.
I really did not have much time to visit all the attractions in New York, but I was able to visit my sister in law in New Jersey and had a nice time at the Borgata in Atlantic City. My last stop was in LA where I stayed at my friend's place in San Pedro before I returned to home sweet home.
There is one thing that I wanted share with you after my trip and it is about friends.
I have not seen or talk them in so many years, but the minute we saw each other, it's like old times again. Pretty amazing , huh!
Anyway, till the next reunion....2010 !
Wow, it looks like you had a wonderful trip!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you had an awesome trip. Welcome home!!!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a great time! I'm originally from the state of New York--lived there for 40 years--about 50 miles outside of Manhattan, on Long Island. It could take weeks to see everything in Mahnattan! Last time we were there with friends we took the double-decker bus tour and got a quick overview of so many thing--it was fun.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about good friends--the years just slip away when you see them again.
Welcome back to sunny AZ!
What a cute picture of you! Sounds like a great time!
