Try a New Technique #154
I missed some of the challenges after being gone for several days
to attend the SU! Regionals. I had a wonderful time, of course especially with the company of friends. There was so much to learn and to share, so I am going to try and incorporate the things I learned in my blog in the near future.
For Now, I wanted to share the TLC on SCS-making a fortune teller fold and used it for treats. This is the project that I came up with. I used the Valentine's theme for my center table and just filled it with crinkly paper and sweethearts candy. Here is the link for the template if you want to try it. The paper is 81/2 x 81/2 and was stamped with SA Solitude wheel prior to folding. Iused a pencil for the center holder and added the punched flowers. I used the punched flowers from the Boho Blossoms punch. (Unfortunately, there was a defect on this punch, so I think this is not temporarily available and so is the One of A Kind Stamp set ).
RECIPE:
Stamps: Happy Heart Day, SA Solitude Wheel
Paper: Taken with Teal, Regal Rose, Whisper White, SU! DSP
Ink: Taken with Teal,Regal Rose, Black Staz-ON
Accessories: Narrow White Organdy Ribbon, White Bards, Pencil,
Crinkly paper, Sweethearts candy
Tools: 1" and 11/4" Circle Punches, Small and Large tag Punch, Aqua Painter, 1/16 and 1/8" punches, Dimensionals
