Today, I am sharing a card that I did using the Holiday Home stamp set and the corresponding Homemade Holiday framelits. I also used the saying so grateful for you.

I do have a lot of things to be thankful for. It occurs almost in our day to day existence and not even notice it. Like the other day, I just realized it has been years since I put gas in my car because my dear husband have always done it for me. How the kids to this day still give their Mom a kiss on the cheek pretty much on a regular basis. Also, I am thankful for a job that I love and of course my other job being a demonstrator which I both find fulfilling in so many different ways. Lets not forget the family that is always there and friends that loves you no matter what.

Anyway, I do hope you like the card. I added the Hello Honey ribbon to finished it off .

Fa La La Christmas

Every year I share Christmas stuff to help you in planning this joyous event. It can be anything from simple tags like this as long as you put your own special little touches to it.

These tags are so sweet and simple with its very own traditional colors. The tag is 2 x 4" and I used the angled tag topper punch. I  did distressed the tag, added a strip of DSP and stamped the sentiment in Real Red ink. Hope you like it.

I can think of a number of things to be thankful for and this is one of them. No matter how busy everyone is, they do remember your birthday. Cade even made it special by greeting Lola (grandma)in his own handiwork. I had a wonderful celebration last week and this scrapbook page will help me remember it. Today is a special day, too as my Mom is celebrating her birthday.

Happy Birthday, Mom and we love you !!!.

This page is really simple with a few added borders and it's done. Hope you like it.

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Monday !!!

It was a crazy busy weekend for me celebrating my birthday. My DH treated me to a nice weekend getaway in Palm Springs- shopping at my favorite outlet stores, dining, strolling down main street in the afternoon and enjoying the comforts of home where we stayed. Every now and then, I think we need that and not just on occasions.

Anyway, here's a very simple card that I did using the Fabulous Four stamp set. I inked up the Bordering Blooms for the first time and it just makes a nice border. I used a 3 x 11" c/s and you can make 3 out of a 8-1/2 x 11 c/s. I scored it at 6" and stamped the border stamp. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

I am posting this a bit early for the Color Throwdown #319 since I was invited as a Guest Star Stamper. I was totally excited that my card got chosen. I used the colors Night of navy, Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz and Whisper White. I used the Beautiful Bunch stamp set and did part embossing on my main frame. Hope you like it.

That's right, today is my BIG day !!! another year older...and hopefully wiser! I do have a few wishes in mind- like good health, more family time, more blessings and more stamps !!!

I decided to do a scrapbook page using MDS of course with lots of blues. I used DSP's from Eventful Year but I changed a few colors. It has a very simple layout and a few added embellishment.

I have not really stamp in a few days since I have been feeling under the weather. It just makes me feel "blah" and not so creative. I did try to get myself to do a little stamping today. I used the stamp from Lovely as a Tree and try to coordinate the DSP with my image. I added some bling and a background glimmer paper. Hope you like it.

Here is another stamp set that I cannot part with- Fifth Avenue Floral . I used Blendabilities to color the flower and die cut for the leaves. I added the stitcted satin ribbon with a cool embossing folder. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

I am playing these colors from The Paper Players challenge #221- Very Vanilla, Mossy Meadow and Cherry Cobbler. I really enjoyed playing with these colors using the Pines and Poinsettias and Christmas Blessings stamp sets. I used the Petals a Plenty background, framed my design and stamped the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink. I finished it off with this beautiful sheer Cherry Cobbler ribbon and added the glimmer brad to hold it all together. Hope you like it.

I made these 3 x 3 note cards that are perfect for birthdays using Elegant Eggplant and Sahara Sand colors. For an added touch I stamped the sentiment and punched them using the oval punch and the oval scallop punch. Hope you like it.

Remembering Your Birthday

We celebrated a few birthdays in our group and these are the gifts that I came up with. I used the Flower Shop stamp set and designed them black and white to match the buttons. I really had fun making them. Yours truly also is celebrating her birthday this month and I had a wonderful time opening all my presents and the girls  made it even special with their handmade birthday cards.

I saw this great sketch on Freshly Made Sketches 161 and created this card using these awesome colors from Color Throwdown ctd317. I used the colors Basic Black, Bashful Blue, Lavender Lace and Whisper White. This snowman is the sweetest thing- I stamped the image and cut it. Hope you like it.
