Moving Forward

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Thursday !!!

What do you think of today's Playing with Colors? Jean and I are using Island Indigo, Real Red and
Basic Gray this week. I picked Whisper White for my Neutral.I stamped the image in Island Indigo and added the cute eyelets. I miss using eyelets- i think they are fun and such nice easy embellishment. I added a teensy weensy glitter on the center of flowers. You ahve to use your microscope to see it. Hope you like it.

So Sorry

Happy Wednesday !!!

I finally got to inked up a new stamp set Blissful Bird and the So Sorry stamp set. There's 9 sayings that goes with the So Sorry sentiment, make sure you check it out. The bird and the wing I punched  and the leaves I decide to cut by hand. I added the lace border below and embellished with a grosgrain ribbon and button.  Hope you like it.

MDS Tuesday

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Tuesday !!!

I really enjoy making simple scrapbook page layout from the MDS. I just designed the background with shade of greens and minimal embellishment. I also used the Days to Remember stamp brush set to create the swirl background. I just filled in the pictures using the photo box and
it pretty much finish it for you. Hope you like it.

Simply Simple

Happy Monday !!!

I hope everyone's weekend was wonderful. It was a short weeknd, did not get the things that I wanted to do but I got a a few things accomplished.
Today's card is clean and simple-using Betsy' Blossoms. It happens to be one of my fav sstamp set in the catty.  I stamped the flowers and punched them with 1-1/4" circle punch. I used the Itty Bitty Shapes punch for the center flowers and added brads.  Hope you like it.

Keep Calm and...

I have a few minutes to post and can't wait to show you these cute bookmarks that I had made using the Carry On stamp set.  I could not use one particular stamp image but the rest was okay to use, so I hope you like them. I used these yummy In Colors and DSP, also embellish with the satin ribbon and Cherry Cobbler/White twine. The jumbo eyelets are retired but they make a beautiful addition.

Stampin' Up Moving Forward

I really enjoyed casing this card from Eldonna's blog ( Stamping with Eldonna) using the Moving
Forward stamp set.  I love how she framed the main image. I did a few changes- using a bottom DSP,adding a scallop diecut and changing the sentiment placement.  Hope you like it.

Happy Thursday !!!

Today will be a relaxing day for me. The past 2 days I have been reaaranging and cleaning in my stamp room.  I got rid of a lot of stuff that I basically do not need.  I am also getting rid of retired stamp sets that have been in my storage untouched and will be putting it in my blog. Stay tuned.
Today's card was done using the colors- Tempting Turquoise, Primrose Petals, Pink Pirouette, and
Whisper White for my Neutral.  I used a new butterfly stamp set with the coordinating elegant butterfly punch. Hope you like it.

Another Birthday Cupcake

It was a busy day for me yesterday- tidying up my room and doing some decorating, It's time to get rid of a lot of stuff that has been occupying space in my room and just have not done much with it.
anyway, to start my day, I am posting a card that I did using the Easy Events cupcake.  I used the Pennants die cut and circle punches and framed my main image. I stamped and colored and even put icing on the cake. Hope you like it.

Feeling a bit tired today, so I just wanted to post a quick and simple post using the Forever with You stamp set. I satmped the background in Summer Starfruit, then stamped this sweetest sentiment. I used the large circl epunch and punch the sentiment. Hope you like it.

My dh and I celebrated yesterday and he got some camping stuff for father's day.  We are also doing a big project in our house, so he got pretty much what he wanted.

Consider It Cased 107

I cased this card last week but did not get to post it and now I can't seem to find her blog. Help!

I really wanted to give her credit for this cute card that she made. I did make a few chnages but pretty much kept her layout and even used the same DSP that she used.

I used DSP for the apper piecing and carried it to the scallop circle punch that I used.

Everything Eleanor

Keeping myself busy this morning with lots of stuff to catch up but first I quick stop in my stamp room.  I was playing with this set- Everything Eleanor. I did the embossing first then stamped the image using Crumb Cake ink. I stamped the sentiment and punched it with the large oval punch.

I am sharing some pictures that I turned into a scrapbook page just last weekend.  It was my very first time to see a rodeo and it was a lot of fun. I also had fun taking pictures, can you tell? Happy Monday !!!

Hope everyone's weekend was nice. I had a fun weekend with DH, my brother and sister in law camping in the beautiful Mormon Lake in Flagstaff.  The weather was great and we enjoyed some fun activities while we were there. There was a rodeo and an Outdoor Festival going on enough to keep us busy.  The night sky was spectacular with the stars that I normally do not see in the valley.
I am busy catching up with sutff this morning but I am starting my day with a Simply Simple post with some new stuff from the catty.  The frame was done using the Essentials Paper piercing pack. I used the Apothecary Accents Framelits first then did piercing around. I used the Sweet Essentials stamp set for my sentiment.  Hope you like it.
