Today's LSC challenge- to use chocolate on our card. The color I used is Soft Suede but I think it is still the color of chocolate !!!

I finally inked this background stamp for the first time. I was a bit intimidated by the size and wasn't sure if I was going to like it but after playing with it, I did okay and will definitely used it again. I hope you are as inspired as I am to play SCS color challenge-Real Red, Kraft and Chocolate Chip. I did, not one but two cards and the colors are just so pretty. I even did a sketch from MOJO Monday but I forgot the circle. That's what happen when I am in a hurry and not paying attention. Maybe I can play later and do it right the second time around.

Good morning !!!! It has been a long night for me but when I see a great challenge on SCS, it is hard to pass it up- make a masculine card. Here is the card that I came up with.

The image is from the Branch Out set and I just basically stampthe image and cut it in strips.

I sponged each one and glued it in Soft Suede c/s. I added the brads for my finishing touch.

Hello Peeps!!!

Just when you thought you know everything about blogging-NOT!!!

A few weeks back, I decided to screen my comments because I have been getting this comment from anonymous that does not make sense at all. Well, I wasn't sure where my comments are going, then my DH said you have 90 comments that need to be moderated. DUH?

Anyway, he figured it out. I was still getting the anonymous comment but at least it doesn't have to show on my blog. I just ended up deleleting it. Does anyone know how to stop that?

I am trying to incorporate more of the die cuts in my cards. I think they make a perfect accent and it adds to details.

I love today's CC on SCS especially after I incorporated the Mojo Monday. The strip ribbon makes a striking effect along withthe die cut flowers, I think. I used the envelope die cut, too.

From This to This (A Second Look at ATC)

Hello everyone!!!

It's that time again to turn an ordinary Artist Trading card and put it into something fun-

I used Melon Mambo and Soft Suede for my two colors . I stamped the image in Whisper White and used the circle punch and punched the image and created a scallop flower. I put a liitle twist to this trading card. The trading card itself opens up and reveals the cute saying . The eyelet is holding it together. I did not tighten it all the way because I wanted to be able to move it around.

I also tried to incorporate Mercy's sketch but it just did not work out for me, so I just added the saying on top.
