Here is a card that I did using the Artist Trading Card. The ATC is 2-1/2 x 3-1/2", added the Whisper White c/s behind it and did  Color Blocking which I saw on Splitcoast to make use of your scraps.

RECIPE:
Stamps:  morning Meadow (hostess set), Chalk Talk
Paper:  Daffodil Delight, Strawberry Slush, Baked Brown Sugar, Whisper White
Ink:  Baked Brown Sugar, strawberry Slush
Accessories:  seam binding daffodil ribbon, button, brads
Tools:  large scallop edgelit, dimensionals
