Stampin' Up Peaceful Season

Hello Peeps !!!
Happy Monday !!!

I did not have much time today to pick a stamp set for the Simply Simple week , so I just used the Peaceful Season that was already on my desk . All I could think about is Whisper White with a touch of Cherry Cobbler. Using The Petals a Plenty for the background, I stamped the image in Whisper White Paper using Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive. I used a gel pen for the sentiment to give it a touch of sparkle. I also took my marker and just added the outline using a ruler. Hope you like it.
Hop over to Jean's blog (Bear Hugs and Inky Paws) to see her Simply Simple card.

RECIPE:
Stamps:  Peacefiul Season
Paper: Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler
Ink:  Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler
Accessories: satin ribbon, glitter brad
Tools:  Big Shot, Petals a Plenty EF, piercing tool

Thanks for stopping by.
Have a wonderful day stampin'

Oh so beautiful...I'm in awe.

Did you draw the line around the petals-a-plenty piece? If so, did you use a ruler, or free-hand it? I love that touch.

Thanks for all your great ideas!

Wow I have been out of it for the last three weeks a lot going on in my personal life and working full time is knocking me for a loop....but how else can I support my SU habit! LOL

Chat, this has to be one of if not "the" favorite holiday card I've seen so far. It is gorgeous and wouldn't be that difficult to replicate several times over. Thanks for the inspiration!
